Digital Optical Monitoring Capability
The UdaTek QSFP+ module is engineered to enable 40GBASE Ethernet data rates for distances of up to 10 kilometers on single mode fiber (SMF), operating at a wavelength of 1310nm through a MTP/MPO-12 connector. This transceiver conforms to the QSFP+ MSA standards. It offers digital diagnostic capabilities accessible via the I2C interface, in accordance with the QSFP+ MSA, providing real-time monitoring of operational parameters. This plug-and-play, hot-swappable transceiver is user-friendly and ideal for deployment in a range of scenarios, including data centers, high-performance computing networks, and the core and distribution layers of enterprise networks.
Please note that for this transceiver to function as a 40G to 4x10G signal splitter, the device interface must support the breakout functionality.
