Warranty Limitations
Free warranty items
During the warranty term, Udatek’s warranty only covers defects caused by normal use and logistics damage, quality problems, etc. And we will pay forwe will pay for the freight of the returning repaired items to customers for the warranty products.
Free warranty exclusions
1. The products have exceeded the warranty term.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification and any other human factors.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding or human negligence.
4. Damage caused by improper operation to equipment shells, power supplies, etc. during use.
5. Please note that customized products may only change or cancel an order for Product(s) up until the time we begin manufacturing the products unless approved.

Q: Do I have to pay the shipping cost for the repair products?
A: During the warranty term, we will repair your products that meet our warranty items for free, and we will pay for the freight of the returning repaired items to customers for the warranty products.
Q: What events, activities, or actions invalidate my free warranty?
A:
1. The products have exceeded the warranty term.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, and any other human factors.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding, or human negligence.

Q: What if my product warranty expires when I send it back for repair?
A: We calculate the warranty term according to the time you submit the RMA. As long as you submit the application within the warranty term and send it back as specified, it is considered to be within the warranty term.
